I’m a dedicated educator with 30 years in secondary teaching and leadership—22 years as a secondary math teacher (including 20 years with National Board for Professional Teaching Standards certification), 5 years as an instructional coach, and 3 years as a curriculum specialist. I partner with teachers and school leaders to design practical, student-centered math instruction rooted in research and classroom-tested strategies. My approach blends classroom coaching, curriculum alignment, professional learning and data-informed reflection to build teacher confidence, deepen student understanding, and improve measurable outcomes.
